Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

Using Caddy

Caddy gives you tools to run your businesses: contacts, tasks, projects, quotes, invoices, and bookkeeping. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any company you add.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you invite.

Your data

You own everything you put into Caddy, including contacts, invoices, files, and financial records. We only use it to run and improve the service for you.

If you connect a bank account or a third-party service, you authorize Caddy to read the data that connection allows, such as transactions used to record invoice payments. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Caddy to send spam, break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

You are responsible for having permission to contact the people you import, and for following marketing and privacy laws that apply to you.

Plans, billing, and promo codes

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Promo codes apply only as described when issued, have no cash value, and may expire.

Financial information

Caddy helps you organize records. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Check important figures before you rely on them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Caddy running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Caddy and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will let you know before the change takes effect.
